The difference between fast charging and flash charging

However, various fast charging schemes differ. Recently, the China Mobile Terminal Laboratory conducted a science popularization on two technologies, fast charging and flash charging.

According to China Mobile Terminal Laboratory, the charging principles of fast charging and flash charging are basically similar from the current standard charging heads for smart phones, but the specific implementation methods are different.
The most common fast charging technology is to increase the charging power of the phone by increasing the voltage during charging, thereby reducing charging time.
However, flash charging speeds up the charging speed of the mobile phone in the form of low voltage and high current. Therefore, the plugs of these two chargers should not be used indiscriminately. Wrong use will damage the battery to some extent.
In addition, not only should chargers not be mixed, but also attention should be paid to data items. The earliest Micro-USB data lines could theoretically only withstand 3A, and exceeding 2A would generate heat, which would also affect the battery life of mobile phones. Relatively speaking, the current Type-C data line can reach a current of 5A, and the maximum voltage tolerance has been increased to 20V, which is much higher in terms of safety.
